What you will do
- Partner with account executives to identify client needs and articulate hirify.global's value.
- Lead product demonstrations and technical deep dives tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Create and present technical proposals, diagrams, proof-of-concept solutions, sample applications, prototypes, and code samples.
- Act as a subject matter expert on headless content management, advising clients on best practices and integration strategies.
- Assist in elevating the knowledge and capabilities of hirify.global’s implementation partners.
- Lead client onboarding sessions and assist in knowledge transfer to customer success teams post-sale.
- Work closely with the product team to communicate client feedback and advocate for feature enhancements.
- Represent hirify.global at industry events, webinars, and customer forums.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Past work experience as a web developer or software engineer.
- Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and integration practices.
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in working with monolithic/traditional CMS (e.g. Wordpress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe AEM).
