What you will do

• Partner with account executives to identify client needs and articulate platform value.
• Lead product demonstrations and technical deep dives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create technical proposals, proof-of-concept solutions, and sample applications.
• Advise enterprise clients on best practices, integration strategies, and CMS optimization.
• Assist in elevating the technical capabilities of implementation partners.
• Work with product teams to advocate for feature enhancements based on client feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 2+ years of experience in solutions engineering or sales engineering within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Professional background as a web developer or software engineer.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and integration workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with traditional/monolithic CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, or Adobe AEM.
