What you will do
- Manage, hire, and scale the Corporate Sales team
- Lead strategic planning including territory, prospecting, deal strategy, and enablement
- Participate in complex sales situations and negotiations
- Achieve ambitious quarterly sales targets
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product
- Implement best practices for pipeline creation, forecasting accuracy, and Salesforce hygiene
Requirements
- Must be located in or able to work from Chicago office with hybrid schedule
- 3-4+ years sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS across SMB and Mid Market
- 3-5+ years quota-carrying sales experience
- Experience building outbound sales processes and managing growth and account management
- Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies
