Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 Annually + Commission

What you will do

• Take ownership of the New Mexico law-enforcement sector to cultivate and close sales opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of the platform to deliver compelling demonstrations to diverse public-sector audiences.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in law enforcement and emergency services.
• Proactively identify and nurture a robust sales pipeline aligned with long-term growth objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless deployment and customer success.
• Identify opportunities for strategic expansion into broader public-safety branches like fire, rescue, and PSAPs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of selling into complex, net-new accounts.
• Experience working with public-sector (B2G) or law enforcement agencies.
• Current residency in New Mexico with willingness to travel statewide.
• Ability to personally demo complex software and manage multi-threaded sales cycles.
• Proficiency in solution-based selling and legal agreement negotiation.
