Salary: $75,000–$150,000 OTE plus equity grant

What you will do

• Drive customer adoption and ensure value realization of the hirify.global platform within financial workflows.
• Develop deep product expertise and support customers in prompt engineering and AI template building.
• Manage customer issues by triaging and coordinating cross-functional problem solving.
• Analyze account health and usage trends to generate insights and support expansion conversations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with users and senior stakeholders in financial institutions.
• Understand commercial contracts to identify risks and growth opportunities, contributing to renewals.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City and work onsite 5 days per week.
• Experience in customer-facing enterprise SaaS roles, preferably with financial services exposure.
• Strong ownership mindset and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency or eagerness to learn prompt engineering and AI-native low/no-code tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with financial institution clients.
