What you will do
- Lead and oversee inbound and outbound lead generation efforts to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Coach, develop, and inspire a team of BDRs to exceed targets and foster accountability.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future sales roles within the organization.
- Optimize lead generation, qualification, and handoff processes to improve efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement teams.
- Leverage sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive productivity.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States with ability to work remotely and hybrid in Austin, TX.
- 4+ years experience in SaaS with proven leadership or progression in BDR/SDR roles.
- Strong communication, coaching, and team motivation skills.
- Experience with sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Results-oriented with focus on pipeline generation and measurable outcomes.
