Salary: $96,000–$139,000 USD annually, commission eligible

What you will do

  • Lead and oversee inbound and outbound lead generation efforts to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Coach, develop, and inspire a team of BDRs to exceed targets and foster accountability.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future sales roles within the organization.
  • Optimize lead generation, qualification, and handoff processes to improve efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement teams.
  • Leverage sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive productivity.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States with ability to work remotely and hybrid in Austin, TX.
  • 4+ years experience in SaaS with proven leadership or progression in BDR/SDR roles.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and team motivation skills.
  • Experience with sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Results-oriented with focus on pipeline generation and measurable outcomes.
