Location: Remote-first in United States (Central or Eastern Time Zones) and Ontario, Canada; requires in-person onboarding in San Francisco, CA

Salary: $235,000 - $285,000 USD (OTE, includes base and commissions)

What you will do

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline with a heavy outbound focus targeting companies with 300-2,500 employees
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing $100k+ ACV deals
  • Engage and negotiate with multi-threaded buying groups including technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers and cross-functional teams to tailor value-based sales motions
  • Establish repeatable outbound best practices and influence corporate sales strategy
  • Travel up to 25% for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites

Requirements

  • Must reside in Central or Eastern Time Zones in the US or Ontario, Canada
  • 5+ years closing complex SaaS deals with multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Proven ability to generate outbound pipeline and execute deals
  • Experience negotiating $100k+ annual contract value opportunities
  • Strong consultative discovery skills uncovering business, technical, and organizational needs
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including mandatory onboarding in San Francisco, CA
