What you will do

  • Conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to understand client IT roadmaps and drive hirify.global solutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for allocated territories.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing new business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance.
  • Land and expand sales opportunities to achieve quarterly and annual revenue quotas.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 10+ years of field sales experience in the enterprise software market.
  • Proven track record selling into the Financial Services industry.
  • Expertise in executing complex sales strategies for data warehousing, BI, data science, or AI/ML.
  • Demonstrated experience hitting multi-million dollar annual revenue targets.
  • Ability to work autonomously and possess strong presentation, listening, and organizational skills.
