What you will do

  • Own the roadmap for a reverse logistics SaaS platform used by major retailers.
  • Translate complex supply chain workflows into scalable software.
  • Drive automation across returns processing, refurbishment, and recovery paths.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, and operations to deliver meaningful product improvements.
  • Turn fragmented returns data into actionable recovery intelligence.
  • Help transform returns from a cost center into a recovery engine.

Requirements

  • Experience building software that solves complex operational problems.
  • Ability to turn messy workflows into clear, effective product designs.
  • Ability to work across software, logistics, e-commerce, and recovery economics.
