Product Associate/Manager

What you will do

• Drive the product roadmap for core systems and user-facing experiences, including subscriptions, billing, organization management, notifications, and settings.
• Partner with Engineering to scope, prototype, and deliver solutions grounded in user research and data.
• Write product specifications, user stories, and prototypes to guide feature development.
• Align Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders to keep launches on track and measure outcomes.
• Analyze product and business metrics to identify friction, prioritize improvements, and evaluate impact.
• Engage with users through research, interviews, and testing to validate product solutions.

Requirements

• 0–6 years of experience in product management, engineering, project management, or a related role.
• Entrepreneurial and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems creatively.
• Strong attention to detail and a data-informed approach to prioritization and decision-making.
• Clear, confident communication skills for writing specifications, presenting to senior leadership, and collaborating with engineers.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience or comfort working with technical and non-technical cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Exposure to developer tools, developer workflows, or B2B SaaS products.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools or workflows.
• Familiarity with billing systems, subscription models, or SaaS monetization.
• Understanding of product-led growth strategies or growth metrics.
