What you will do

• Drive the product roadmap for core systems, including subscriptions, billing, notifications, and organization management.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to scope, prototype, and ship data-driven solutions.
• Author detailed specifications and user stories to guide technical development.
• Align stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful launches.
• Analyze product and business metrics to identify friction points and prioritize improvements.

Requirements

• 0–6 years of experience in product management, engineering, or project management.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Scottsdale, Arizona.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve complex problems in ambiguous environments.
• Strong data-informed approach to decision-making and prioritization.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with both technical teams and senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer tools, B2B SaaS, or PLG (product-led growth) strategies.
• Familiarity with SaaS monetization and billing systems.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools or workflows.
