What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for national field sales roles, from initial sourcing to final offer.
  • Partner with recruiting and business teams to refine hiring needs and execute effective search strategies.
  • Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative channels.
  • Deliver an organized, transparent, and candidate-first interview experience.
  • Maintain and update recruiting systems to ensure pipeline data integrity.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in sales or go-to-market environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, scheduling, and closing.
  • Proactive approach to talent identification and engagement using modern recruiting tools.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented work style.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
