Salary: $32,000—$72,050 USD

What you will do

  • Work effectively to ensure talent scaling needs are matched.
  • Work closely with the TA Leadership on support required to ensure the team is successful.
  • Be responsible for creating a world-class hiring and candidate experience.
  • Track and analyse metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership.
  • Proactively improve and initiate creative and scalable changes to recruiting strategy.
  • Partner with the Talent Sourcer to proactively build a hiring pipeline for hard-to-fill positions.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, at a tech start-up or fast-growing scale-up organisation.
  • Previous experience as a GTM recruiter hiring GTM profiles (e.g. Sales, Marketing, etc).
  • Ability to work with large volume applications to improve and ensure high quality in alignment to the role and a diverse hiring pipeline.
  • Strong track record in high pace hiring environment, with focus on deliverables.
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in English, to engage with a global talent pool.
  • Aligned to company values and a keen interest in finding the best talent in the world, that matches these values.
  • Experience in working and optimising a Talent Acquisition stack (Greenhouse, BrightHire, GoodTime etc), as well as adopting new tools / technologies.
