What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment focusing on engineering roles and scaling talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with TA leadership to support team success and hiring goals.
  • Create and maintain a world-class candidate experience aligned with company values.
  • Continuously improve recruitment timing and hiring metrics reporting.
  • Advocate for hirify.global work and diversity throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with talent sourcers to build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work hirify.globally within the EMEA region
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment at tech startups or scale-ups.
  • Technical recruiting experience hiring backend, frontend developers, and engineering managers.
  • Ability to manage high-volume applications and maintain diverse hiring pipelines.
  • Strong English communication skills for engaging a global talent pool.
  • Passion for diversity, inclusion, and delivering excellent candidate experience.
