Global GTM Recruiter (SaaS): Supporting the Global Go-To-Market (GTM) organization and scaling hiring efforts for teams including Sales, Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, Partner Management, and more with an accent on attracting, assessing, and hiring best-in-class talent. Focus on building strong relationships with hiring managers, providing hiring guidance, and coaching on interview best practices.

What you will do

  • Proactively source candidates through various recruiting channels.
  • Own and manage the entire recruitment process for the full spectrum of sales roles.
  • Build close relationships and trust with hiring managers and teams, securing an understanding of role requirements and teams.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including generating accurate offers and closing requisitions.
  • Report on vacancy hiring progress and utilize the ATS system (Greenhouse) to track, schedule, and record candidate journey and feedback.
  • Ensure interview panels are well-prepared and deliver a consistent, fair, and exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting within Sales and Go-To-Market functions in the software/SaaS industry in EMEA (APAC and US hiring experience a bonus).
  • Proven in-house recruiter with experience partnering directly with internal teams to understand business needs and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Expert LinkedIn Recruiter user and outbound sourcer.
  • Highly organized, working with a strong sense of urgency, and able to quickly prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Proven ability to coach and influence hiring teams on interview best practices, structured evaluation techniques, and consistency in the hiring process.
  • Hands‑on experience managing structured interview frameworks within our ATS, Greenhouse.
  • An analytical mindset, with a track record of leveraging recruiting metrics and insights to optimize workflow efficiency, improve hiring outcomes, and guide data‑driven decision‑making.
