What you will do
- Proactively source candidates through various recruiting channels.
- Own and manage the entire recruitment process for the full spectrum of sales roles.
- Build close relationships and trust with hiring managers and teams, securing an understanding of role requirements and teams.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including generating accurate offers and closing requisitions.
- Report on vacancy hiring progress and utilize the ATS system (Greenhouse) to track, schedule, and record candidate journey and feedback.
- Ensure interview panels are well-prepared and deliver a consistent, fair, and exceptional candidate experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting within Sales and Go-To-Market functions in the software/SaaS industry in EMEA (APAC and US hiring experience a bonus).
- Proven in-house recruiter with experience partnering directly with internal teams to understand business needs and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Expert LinkedIn Recruiter user and outbound sourcer.
- Highly organized, working with a strong sense of urgency, and able to quickly prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Proven ability to coach and influence hiring teams on interview best practices, structured evaluation techniques, and consistency in the hiring process.
- Hands‑on experience managing structured interview frameworks within our ATS, Greenhouse.
- An analytical mindset, with a track record of leveraging recruiting metrics and insights to optimize workflow efficiency, improve hiring outcomes, and guide data‑driven decision‑making.
