Salary: $140,000 – $210,000 USD + Equity

What you will do

• Design and execute the full-cycle hiring system including sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate communications to ensure an exceptional experience throughout the interview process.
• Refine and optimize recruitment operations using data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency.
• Build the company's talent brand through marketing campaigns and events within the NYC ecosystem.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in consulting or operating roles at high-growth companies.
• Must be based in NYC with the ability to work from our Nomad office 3 days per week.
• Strong agency mindset with a bias for action and ability to resolve challenges independently.
• Data-driven approach to managing priorities and project execution.
• Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
