What you will do
- Design and execute the full-cycle hiring system including sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate communications to ensure an exceptional experience throughout the interview process.
- Refine and optimize recruitment operations using data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency.
- Build the company's talent brand through marketing campaigns and events within the NYC ecosystem.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in consulting or operating roles at high-growth companies.
- Must be based in NYC with the ability to work from our Nomad office 3 days per week.
- Strong agency mindset with a bias for action and ability to resolve challenges independently.
- Data-driven approach to managing priorities and project execution.
- Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
