What you will do
- Identify and onboard new white-label partners aligned with target segments.
- Manage a portfolio of active partners to drive recurring revenue (MRR).
- Lead commercial negotiations, positioning, and contract closures.
- Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to resolve blockers.
- Provide structured feedback to internal teams to enhance partner performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management.
- Strong background in outbound acquisition, discovery, and contract negotiation.
- Clear understanding of commercial metrics, revenue growth, and long-term value.
- Excellent communication and structured approach to account portfolio management.
- Must be located in or willing to work from the office in Riga, Vilnius, or Tallinn.
Nice to have
- Experience with white-label, reseller, or distributor models.
- Background in telematics, fleet management, logistics, mobility, or IoT.
- Previous experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
