What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of key regulated clients and act as their primary contact.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests and issues.
• Monitor client activity and identify opportunities to improve cooperation.
• Prepare internal reports on client status, risks, and opportunities.
• Handle escalations and complex client requests efficiently.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia
• Experience in client relationship management, account management, CRM, or customer success.
• Experience with B2B clients; financial services or regulated companies is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive mindset with ability to coordinate across departments.
• Fluency in English required.
