What you will do

• Manage full onboarding cycle for high-risk merchants.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners.
• Lead and coordinate onboarding specialists, set priorities, and monitor delivery.
• Ensure onboarding compliance with requirements and standards.
• Analyze bottlenecks and optimize onboarding processes.
• Support development of scalable onboarding frameworks for high-risk verticals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-risk merchant onboarding within fintech or payment providers.
• Strong understanding of acquiring, payment processing, and partner flows.
• Experience working with acquiring banks and payment providers.
• Experience managing or coordinating teams.
