🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Manager (Fintech / Payments)
📍 Riga, Latvia | Full-time | On-site
An international payment infrastructure group focused on the high-risk segment (betting, iGaming, FX, e-commerce) is looking for a goal-oriented Sales Manager to expand the merchant network across Europe.
What you’ll do:
• Attract and onboard new merchants
• Manage negotiations and commercial offers
• Support clients from first contact to launch
• Work closely with product, compliance, and tech teams
• Achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
What we expect:
• B2B sales experience in fintech / payments / high-risk (a strong plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM and sales pipelines
• Proactive, organized, results-driven mindset
• Fluent English
• Existing industry network is an advantage
