What you will do
- Cultivate new enterprise business opportunities across healthcare systems, staffing agencies, and telehealth firms.
- Map large accounts by identifying key influencers and decision-makers within target organizations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans for account acquisition and long-term growth.
- Apply structured sales processes like MEDDPICC to manage pursuits, mitigate risks, and drive forecast accuracy.
- Negotiate high-value agreements and finalize complex contracts with enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide client feedback that informs the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience within the healthcare industry.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Track record of closing $1M+ deals through quantifiable ROI and value-based selling.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience scaling VC/PE-backed companies in rapid expansion environments.
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
