What you will do
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and post-market support.
- Translate customer insights, market imperatives, and regulatory requirements into actionable epics and user stories.
- Collaborate with squads and technical owners to manage backlogs and facilitate agile ceremonies like sprint planning.
- Develop business cases, including ROI projections and market opportunity assessments, to drive roadmap prioritization.
- Coordinate cross-functional go-to-market activities across sales, marketing, and support teams.
- Mentor and provide professional guidance to junior product team members.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States.
- 5+ years of relevant technical product management experience.
- Proven track record of managing SaaS products within the ambulatory specialty healthcare or aesthetics sector.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and synthesize complex client requirements.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulatory trends, compliance standards, and healthcare certifications.
- Undergraduate degree required.
Nice to have
- Experience specifically in MedSpa, Plastic Surgery, or Dermatology.
- Pragmatic Marketing Certification.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and agile methodologies.
