What you will do

• Lead the product strategy for data foundations, reporting readiness, and AI-driven platform solutions.
• Implement product analytics frameworks, manage A/B testing experiments, and support ROI-based investment modeling.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive discovery, delivery, and testing of new AI/ML-based platform features.
• Manage data quality governance, prioritization, and remediation workflows across the enterprise.
• Own product requirements and execution for pre-launch data pipelines and sales proposal automation.
• Oversee Salesforce data modeling, field mapping, and integration workflows to ensure scalable data availability.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years of product management experience, specifically with data-centric or AI-driven products.
• Strong technical fluency and extensive experience collaborating with engineers and data analysts.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical ecosystems with multiple intersecting data domains.
• Deep understanding of health-tech, pharmacy benefits, or healthcare data environments.
• Excellent communication skills for translating business needs to technical audiences.
