What you will do
- Maintain and administer Salesforce CRM, ensuring high standards of data quality and hygiene.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards within Salesforce to analyze pipeline and revenue data across global regions.
- Track lead performance and campaign ROI, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Assist with the global Salesforce integration project and maintain the Sales Operations intranet section.
- Deliver Salesforce training for new starters and resolve operational queries in coordination with Finance, Customer Service, and Commercial teams.
Requirements
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups).
- Ability to build reports and dashboards.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Salesforce administration experience.
- Power BI experience.
- B2B sales or commercial environment experience.
