Location: Must be able to work from our office in Barcelona, Spain during the internship, hybrid model: 3 days at the office.

What you will do

• Search and headhunt candidates in our CRM system and CV databases using various sourcing techniques.
• Present relevant candidates to the responsible recruiters on your team.
• Develop talent pipelines for future needs.
• Promote our employer brand online and offline.
• Manage our official Facebook page, including the Inbox, content, and jobs.

Requirements

• Have a high level of English, as well as fluency in one of the following languages: Swedish or Norwegian.
• Are available to work 3-6 months in a full-time internship position in 2026 (Start dates: March, April and May 2026).
• Are self-driven and able to work efficiently both independently and in teams.
• Are driven to hunt and search for talented candidates that match the client needs using different portals and social media tools etc.
• Love to speak with candidates on the phone and ask the right questions to identify the perfect matching job/client.
• Must be able to work from our office in Barcelona Spain during the internship, hybrid model: 3 days at the office.
