Location: Remote from Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Spain

Salary: PLN12,800 - PLN15,000 gross monthly (Poland). Compensation will be discussed during the interview process for other locations.

• Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
• Developing and refining interview processes that enhance our assessment quality and optimize candidate experience
• Advising hiring teams with insight into the specialist talent market
• Screening CVs and interviewing prospective candidates, promoting hirify.global as an employer of choice
• Driving the offer process and closing candidates

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a high-volume recruiter (seniority will be based on your experience)
• A track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs
• A proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
• Exceptional business acumen and adaptability to support cross-functional hiring
• Excellent organization and time-management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth startup, and/or fintech
• Experience recruiting for sales roles
• Fluency in other languages
