What you will do
- Develop and execute a global onboarding strategy for sales and pre-sales organizations.
- Design structured, role-based learning paths, capability frameworks, and certification milestones.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing onboarding team of 2–4 professionals.
- Create scalable learning content including digital modules, simulations, and real-world scenarios.
- Define success metrics and build dashboards to demonstrate onboarding ROI and impact on deal velocity.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to ensure alignment with business priorities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, onboarding, or L&D within enterprise SaaS or AI environments.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling onboarding programs linked to revenue impact.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience managing and developing teams.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
