What you will do
- Lead and coach a team responsible for Sales Strategy and Operations across EMEA.
- Own core GTM operating cadences including forecasting, pipeline inspection, and performance reporting.
- Partner with regional leadership to drive territory design, headcount planning, and quota setting.
- Translate global GTM strategy into executable regional plans tailored to EMEA market dynamics.
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve sales productivity and operational scalability.
- Collaborate with global counterparts across Finance, Product, and Legal to align regional and global priorities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Strategy and Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM leadership in a high-growth tech environment.
- Experience leading multi-country EMEA GTM organizations.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams across distributed geographies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, and Excel.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.
- Deep understanding of the AI landscape and its impact on customer business problems.
