Salary: $120,000–$200,000 base plus commission up to $250,000

What you will do
- Lead all sales department activities ensuring accurate forecasting and cost management.
- Present at customer meetings and internal functions to support business development.
- Generate new business and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Ensure sales metrics and P&L responsibilities are met with reliable forecasting.
- Develop competitive sales strategies and campaigns for emerging products.
- Manage and develop the sales team’s performance and commission plans.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years in enterprise software sales or utilities industry experience.
- Experience managing and growing sales teams.
- Strong presentation skills to executives and end users.
- Effective leadership with decision-making and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Must be located in Canada or the US with valid passport/visa for travel.

- Utilities industry experience.
- Proven financial management of sales teams including OPEX and P&L.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and sales events simultaneously.
