Business Solutions Associate (Fintech): Driving additional revenue by leveraging the existing merchant portfolio through solution selling and improving the merchant experience. Salary: $55,000 with average year one OTE $80,000 +

What you will do
- Identify e-Commerce/CNP/OMNI sales opportunities within assigned portfolio.
- Cross-sell / Up-sell new Solutions to existing and new Merchants.
- Manage accounts and collaborate with Portfolio Managers.
- Generate leads, tailor presentations, and establish referral partnerships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional service.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, Sales, or Marketing is required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Customer Relationship, Client Service, or related experience.
- Bilingual French/English is required.
- Proficiency in e-Commerce, CNP ecosystem, and cloud-based technologies.
- Effective time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
