What you will do
- Own strategic short- and long-term goals for channel partners and develop account plans aligned with Extreme’s objectives.
- Manage territory channel development, identify gaps, recruit and onboard partners with regional teams.
- Coordinate channel marketing, sales engineering, operations, and other resources in planning and execution.
- Maintain partner engagement and visibility through CRM (SFDC) and internal communication.
- Drive rules of engagement between partners and internal sales teams, assist with escalations and sales tools.
- Host regular partner calls and training sessions to update on products, programs, and marketing activities.
Requirements
- Must have reseller/channel sales experience.
- Strong business acumen with understanding of partner go-to-market and financials.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Location: Must be based in Canada, preferably Toronto.
