What you will do

  • Identify and qualify prospective customers who are a good fit for security products and services.
  • Implement outbound prospecting strategies to engage potential buyers and generate sales opportunities.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads and inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute strategic sales approaches.
  • Maintain accurate lead qualification data and activity logs in Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Provide detailed insights to regional sales teams to ensure productive product demos.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly phone presence.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and pleasantly persistent.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs) and MS Office.
  • Must be located in the greater Tampa Bay area.
  • Familiarity with standard IT security concepts is a plus.
