What you will do
- Serve as primary client contact and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer value delivery.
- Manage contract renewal cycles including negotiation and signature to achieve escalated ARR rates.
- Drive new sales growth within existing customer base through upsell and cross-sell strategies.
- Advocate for customers and build strong relationships to create new champions.
- Consult customers on additional hirify.global solutions to increase product adoption.
- Provide high-touch customer service including escalation and support coordination.
Requirements
- Must be located in Australia, Sydney.
- 3+ years full sales cycle experience in account management or new logo sales to technical audiences.
- Strong skills in discovery, objection handling, multi-faceted sales strategies, and closing deals.
- Experience or understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in individual contributor roles.
- Strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
