What you will do

• Serve as primary client contact and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer value delivery.
• Manage contract renewal cycles including negotiation and signature to achieve escalated ARR rates.
• Drive new sales growth within existing customer base through upsell and cross-sell strategies.
• Advocate for customers and build strong relationships to create new champions.
• Consult customers on additional hirify.global solutions to increase product adoption.
• Provide high-touch customer service including escalation and support coordination.

Requirements

• Must be located in Australia, Sydney.
• 3+ years full sales cycle experience in account management or new logo sales to technical audiences.
• Strong skills in discovery, objection handling, multi-faceted sales strategies, and closing deals.
• Experience or understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in individual contributor roles.
• Strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
