Location: Must be based in the Greater Minneapolis area (USA)

Salary: $128,000 – $145,000

What you will do

  • Promote and educate partners on IP-based security, access control, and audio products.
  • Execute site visits, product demonstrations, and educational seminars for clients.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with integrators, distributors, and consultants.
  • Recommend tailored system designs and technical solutions to solve customer pain points.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry training events to drive market awareness.
  • Track and manage sales opportunities through Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a sales-driven position.
  • Strong technical background with networked products.
  • Professional presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM solutions and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Greater Minneapolis area.
