What you will do

  • Assist in daily operations for agency and brand marketer partners across the UK.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Support account managers by collecting and analyzing data to generate insights.
  • Execute operational tasks including performance monitoring and report creation.
  • Maintain accurate account information in internal systems.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom with hybrid work availability.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital media; client-facing experience preferred.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to solve customer problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with analytical tools like DOMO, Looker, or Tableau is a plus.
