What you will do
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and social media.
- Define client business needs and success criteria.

- Collaborate with sales teams on prospects and account strategies.
- Maintain detailed sales records using Salesforce.com.
- Deliver presentations to engage new and dormant clients.
Requirements
- Must have native-level proficiency in German (spoken and written).
- 3+ years of lead generation or sales experience in high-growth, complex environments, preferably in SaaS or HR solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft CRM applications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-centered selling skills.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools like ZoomInfo, D&B, and Outreach.io.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
