What you will do

• Analyze business requirements, identify solution gaps, and propose enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional process discussions and perform deep dives to define target workflows.
• Document current-state and future-state processes for international projects.
• Collaborate with and challenge external IT partners and internal development teams.
• Evaluate complex information to design scalable solutions that follow industry best practices.
• Promote reference models to minimize unnecessary solution evolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT field.
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud is mandatory.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience managing stakeholders within mixed international teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be based in Spain.
