What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Service Designers, Business Users, and Architects to gather and refine requirements.
• Produce artefacts such as Process Flows, Customer Journey Maps, User Stories, and define functional and non-functional needs.
• Participate in user testing and stakeholder Show & Tells to validate solutions.
• Assist in preparing for assurance and quality gates to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Align priorities and backlogs with the delivery team and support grooming of product backlog.

Requirements

• Must have practical experience working in the UK Public Sector.
• Demonstrable experience in Agile delivery teams and business analysis.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar helpdesk platforms is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to conduct business process reviews and document as-is processes.
• Experience analyzing legacy system data structures and API-driven integrations.
• Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
