What you will do

• Lead the full business analysis lifecycle from initial discovery to final system validation.
• Elicit and document complex functional and non-functional requirements for public sector digital platforms.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with government representatives and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to define robust system solutions.
• Support delivery teams throughout the implementation, testing, and acceptance phases.
• Mentor junior and middle analysts within the business analysis practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis.
• Proven background in GovTech, public sector, or other highly regulated domains.
• Expertise in requirements engineering and documentation for enterprise-level systems.
• Proficiency in process modeling using BPMN and UML.
• Solid understanding of API integration, data exchange, and legacy system ecosystems.
• Must have the ability to work independently and operate within a Ukrainian-based remote or hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Experience with EU or donor-funded international projects.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as PM² or PRINCE2.
• Prior experience in consulting or pre-sales activities.
• Familiarity with digital government interoperability ecosystems.
