What you will do

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating product needs into clear requirements.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain efficient development processes.
• Support product decision-making by gathering requirements, analyzing needs, and defining solutions.
• Ensure successful delivery of features in collaboration with product managers and development teams.
• Clarify scope, priorities, and business objectives with stakeholders.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuously improve team workflows.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in LATAM, specifically Argentina for remote work
• Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst in product or technology-driven environments.
• Strong experience in Agile teams and Scrum facilitation.
• Product-oriented mindset and ability to work closely with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Experience with mobile applications and mobile development teams.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
