What you will do

• Lead end-to-end business analysis from understanding needs to supporting solution delivery
• Translate business goals into clear requirements and practical solution concepts
• Analyze and model business processes to identify improvements and optimizations
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product teams, developers, and QA
• Facilitate workshops to align teams around shared goals and solutions
• Create clear, structured, and testable documentation including epics, user stories, and integration requirements
• Identify system dependencies and potential risks, especially in integration scenarios
• Support delivery teams by clarifying requirements and validating implemented solutions

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments
• Work from the European Union region with a valid work permit
• Experience in Agile teams and product-oriented organizations
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience in business process analysis and modeling (e.g., BPMN)
• Good understanding of system integrations and APIs (REST, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI)
• Familiarity with authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth2) and integration patterns
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Notion
• Basic SQL knowledge and experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
• Availability to start workday early (6:00–7:00 AM) to align with project team hours
