What you will do

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and the Generative AI & Automation product team
• Support discovery, assessment, and evaluation of AI and automation use cases
• Manage demand intake process including triage, prioritization, and delivery preparation
• Define and refine product roadmap and backlog with the Product Owner
• Conduct impact assessments and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate workshops and analyze business processes for AI optimization opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Data or AI, or related field
• At least 3 years experience as Business or Product Analyst
• Experience in AI, automation, data or digital transformation projects
• Understanding of AI concepts and lifecycle of AI use cases
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile practices such as Scrum or SAFe
• Familiarity with M365 tools like Copilot Studio or Power Platform
• Business analysis certifications (IIBA CBAP, CCBA, PMI PBA)
• AI and automation certifications (PL 7008, AI 900, etc.)
