What you will do

• Lead strategic outbound and inbound sales efforts to engage and convert enterprise customers
• Support customers through Proof of Concept phases and translate evaluations into long-term contracts
• Manage deal negotiations and collaborate with legal, technical, and implementation teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
• Develop deep understanding of Mistral’s AI platform to address technical questions
• Share customer insights internally to inform product and strategy development

Requirements

• Location: Paris, France with hybrid work format
• Experience in strategy consulting or investment banking
• Strong commercial mindset with bias for execution and deal-making
• Comfortable engaging and influencing C-level executives
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Nice to have

• Experience in large transformation projects (AI, infrastructure, telecom, energy, digital)
• Familiarity with AI, data platforms, or enterprise software ecosystems
• Previous sales, business development, or deal closing experience
