What you will do
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with enterprise-level prospects in Southern Europe.
- Generate and own an outbound pipeline, leveraging creative, data-driven outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build scalable revenue processes for the region.
- Nurture long-term relationships with prospects, positioning hirify.global as a trusted partner for AI-powered customer experience.
- Share insights, feedback, and learnings that shape regional strategy.
- Refine messaging and outreach based on market dynamics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a topic-related role – ideally in SaaS, VC, or consulting.
- Genuine curiosity for people and technology.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Coachability, resilience, and a drive to grow fast in a high-performance environment.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in French and English.
