What you will do

  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with enterprise-level prospects in Southern Europe.
  • Generate and own an outbound pipeline, leveraging creative, data-driven outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build scalable revenue processes for the region.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with prospects, positioning hirify.global as a trusted partner for AI-powered customer experience.
  • Share insights, feedback, and learnings that shape regional strategy.
  • Refine messaging and outreach based on market dynamics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a topic-related role – ideally in SaaS, VC, or consulting.
  • Genuine curiosity for people and technology.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Coachability, resilience, and a drive to grow fast in a high-performance environment.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in French and English.
