What you will do
- Develop and execute joint business plans with partners including revenue targets and pipeline development.
- Drive revenue growth through partner-led opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Expand the partner ecosystem by developing existing and recruiting new partners.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner leadership.
- Support partner success through training, certifications, and joint go-to-market activities.
- Collaborate with partners and internal sales and SE teams to drive joint opportunities and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Location: Tokyo, Japan with hybrid work format.
- Proven experience managing channel partners in the IT industry.
- Strong track record in channel sales through multi-tier models.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with partner executives and technical teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with regional and global teams.
- Language: Japanese (Native) and English (Business level).
Nice to have
- Experience in networking or enterprise infrastructure industry.
- Experience managing large system integrators or strategic partners.
- Familiarity with enterprise networking technologies such as switching, wireless, or SD-WAN.
