What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for Japan’s largest enterprises, demonstrating AI-native platform capabilities.
- Conduct deep-dive discovery and bespoke demos for C-suite stakeholders on machine learning and AI insights.
- Lead territory initiatives to educate the Japan market on AI-driven product management.
- Use quantitative metrics and predictive ROI to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Collaborate with global product teams to provide Japan-specific market insights for AI roadmap development.
Requirements
- Must be based in Japan.
- 10+ years in quota-carrying roles with 6+ years closing upper-Enterprise SaaS deals in Big Data, AI, Analytics, or MarTech.
- Native Japanese and business-level English fluency (English: C1+).
- Proven track record in new logo acquisition and consultative AI sales.
- Experience in detailed account planning and top performance in sales roles.
