Inside Sales Account Manager (Sales): Driving cloud adoption by engaging Japanese enterprise and SMB customers, generating new opportunities, and supporting CSP sales growth. With an accent on consultative selling and relationship building. Focus on identifying and converting new CSP customers, outbound sales, and lead generation in the Japanese market.

Location: Tokyo, Japan with a 50/50 hybrid workstyle (2-3 days onsite, 2-3 days remote per week). Existing full-time work rights in Japan and ability to commute to Tokyo office required.

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and convert new CSP customers in the Japanese market.
  • Initiate outbound calls and qualify interest in cloud solutions.
  • Create sales opportunities, generate leads, and close CSP deals.
  • Develop tailored pitches for specific industry sectors.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Existing full-time work rights in Japan.
  • Ability to commute to Tokyo office with hybrid workstyle.
  • Full professional proficiency in Japanese and working proficiency in English (reading/writing essential).
  • Experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
  • Strong skills in hunting new CSP customers and closing deals.
