German-Speaking Implementation Specialist (SaaS): Responsible for the successful onboarding of new clients onto the hirify.global platform with an accent on analyzing customer needs and tailoring implementation plans. Focus on change management and delivering a 7-star experience for clients during the onboarding process.
Location: Requires you to be based within commuting distance of hirify.global hubs. Relocation assistance is available for certain roles.

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional project teams to successfully implement new clients.
- Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close implementation projects, including developing requirements documentation and building client-facing communications.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client escalations during the implementation process.
- Develop and implement strategy plans to achieve account ramp-up goals.
- Communicate complex and technical information in a manner that all audiences can easily understand.
- Ensure that project team members have a clear understanding of timelines, tasks, risks, and issues.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects in an international environment.
- Native or near-native proficiency in German.
- Fluency in English (written and oral).
- Experience in implementing products to different clients.
- Organized and structured way of working with good capabilities to analyze and deliver recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Studies in Project Management.
- Prior experience in a SAAS implementation role.
- Experience in the travel industry.
