Account Manager Team Lead (Travel & Expense): Lead and manage a team of Account Managers focused on the French market, driving client retention and growth with an accent on people and performance management. Location: Must be based in Barcelona or within commuting distance of the office with a hybrid work model requiring in-person presence 3 days a week.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of Account Managers focused on the French market.
  • Drive retention and growth of existing customers through strategic negotiations.
  • Create and execute team KPIs and best practices.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training of new Account Managers and clients.
  • Enhance customer-facing materials and automate routine tasks.
  • Set and define team responsibilities to optimize performance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Barcelona or within commuting distance.
  • Minimum 2 years in Sales Management, preferably Account Management.
  • Experience in Travel & Expense industry preferred.
  • Startup experience is essential.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Excel; strong commercial aptitude and problem-solving skills.
