What you will do

• Understand customer goals and connect them to hirify.global’s unified platform and solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor combining technical curiosity and business acumen to guide customer transformation.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and new buyer personas across the territory.
• Maintain disciplined sales excellence including pipeline management and forecast accuracy using MEDDICC.
• Lead integrated pursuit teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive post-sales handoff to Customer Success.

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid with office presence in Osaka, Japan
• Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, data and AI pipelines, and consumption economics.
• Strong sales experience with ability to build ROI/TCO models and guide financial decisions.
• Excellent communication tailored to diverse buying personas including IT, Finance, Security, and Data/AI.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Commitment to teamwork, orchestration, and a culture of belonging.
