What you will do

  • Engage and qualify prospects using AI-powered workflows and automated intelligence.
  • Utilise AI agents to research accounts, tailor messaging, and execute outreach at scale.
  • Activate demand through personalised engagement across multiple channels including email, phone, social, and in-product.
  • Identify customer needs and map them to hirify.global solutions.
  • Develop inbound pipeline for Account Executives across assigned territories and industries.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to optimise GTM motions.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan for onsite work
  • English: Written and spoken fluency required (C1+)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging business executives.
  • Interest in AI sales/marketing tools and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Customer-first mindset with resilience, adaptability, and growth-oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrated achievement in previous roles and eagerness to build a long-term career in cybersecurity sales.

Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise software, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, or AI technologies.
  • Background in inbound lead generation or qualification.
  • Experience collaborating across GTM teams including Marketing, SDRs, and Account Executives.
