What you will do

• Manage Global Sales & Marketing IT digital transformation projects using Scaled Agile ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Gather and analyze business requirements and develop project plans in collaboration with business teams
• Develop high-level functional designs, business workflows, and user flows
• Analyze solutions and recommend strategies focusing on automation, AI/ML, and value
• Drive implementation with onshore/offshore development teams and coordinate testing and deployment
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize content for improved search results and user engagement

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in Austin or Chandler, United States
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
• 5+ years experience as Business Analyst and IT project management, preferably with enterprise search or AI/ML platforms
• Strong understanding of search technologies, semantic search, AI/ML including GenAI and LLMs
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with geographically dispersed, multicultural teams
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Service Now)

Nice to have

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning applied to search optimization
• Knowledge of semiconductor industry terminology and customer needs
• Understanding of accessibility standards for search interfaces
