What you will do

• Collaborate with product services, underwriting leadership, and external partners to support business objectives for personal lines.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, external partners, and internal technical teams.
• Analyze and document API capabilities and requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Develop test scenarios and cases for system and integration testing, assist in defect triage and resolution.
• Provide functional design clarifications and support agile delivery teams in building quality products.
• Consult stakeholders on system features and contribute to technical documentation and training materials.

Requirements

• Must have US work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in insurance or related field with 2+ years working with APIs.
• Strong knowledge of insurance underwriting systems and agile software development environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work hybrid with 3 days onsite in Milwaukee, WI and 2 days remote.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
